Can I cancel my ticket or change the event date after purchase?
No. Cancellations, changes, and refunds requested for personal reasons are not permitted. Except in the event of a cancellation, tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Ticket resale for commercial purposes is prohibited by law. Please note that tickets purchased through unauthorized resale channels will not be accepted for admission.

What is the difference between "1-Day Admission with Early Entry" and "1-Day Admission"?
A 1-Day Admission with Early Entry ticket allows you to enter the 1F Main Area before general admission. Entry is in numerical order based on your assigned entry number. A 1-Day Admission ticket allows entry starting from the general admission time.
What is the difference between "Live Stage Admission" and "Live Stage Add-on"?
Live Stage Admission is a ticket package that includes both admission to the venue on the applicable day and access to the Live Stage. Live Stage Add-on is an additional ticket for guests who already have a valid admission ticket for the applicable day and would like to add Live Stage access. It cannot be used as a standalone ticket for venue entry.
Can I enter the venue with only a Live Stage Add-on ticket?
No. A valid admission ticket for the applicable day (1-Day Admission, 1-Day Admission with Early Entry, or 2-Day Admission) is required in addition to the Live Stage Add-on ticket.
Can I access the Live Stage with a 2-Day Admission ticket?
No. A 2-Day Admission ticket only includes access to the 1F Main Area on both event days. To watch the Live Stage, you will need to purchase an additional Daytime Live Stage Add-on or Night Live Stage Add-on ticket for the performance you wish to attend.
If I want to watch both the daytime and night Live Stage performances on November 1, what tickets do I need?
You will need both a Daytime Live Stage Admission ticket and a Night Live Stage Admission ticket (or both a Daytime Live Stage Add-on ticket and a Night Live Stage Add-on ticket). (Live Stage Add-on tickets are only for guests who already have a valid admission ticket for the applicable day and cannot be used as standalone tickets for venue entry.)
What is the entry number used for?
The entry number determines the order of Early Entry to the 1F Main Area and the admission order for the Live Stage. For Live Stage tickets, the entry number indicates the order of admission to the Live Stage only and does not apply to the admission order for the 1F Main Area.
How do I enter the venue?
Please present your ticket screen at the reception. After verification, you will receive a wristband. We kindly ask that you present the original ticket screen from your purchase rather than a screenshot.
What happens if I arrive late for my assigned entry number time?
Your assigned entry number will become invalid, and you will be admitted from the end of the line. Please arrive with sufficient time.
Can I re-enter the venue after leaving?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted on the same day only. When re-entering, please make sure to wear the wristband provided at your initial entry and present it at the venue entrance.
Will there be ID checks?
You may be asked to present a valid ID upon entry, when purchasing products, participating in lotteries, or purchasing alcoholic beverages. Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, Basic Resident Registration Card, passport, student ID with photo, residence card, My Number Card, or disability certificate.
Please note that expired IDs, copies, or photos of IDs shown on a smartphone will not be accepted. IDs not listed above (such as employee ID cards) will not be accepted, even if multiple forms are presented.
I have lost or damaged my wristband. Can it be reissued?
Wristbands cannot be reissued for any reason. If you are not wearing your wristband, you will not be permitted to enter the venue, even if you can provide your ticket purchase history. After putting on your wristband, please be careful not to cut it, remove it, or detach it.
What should I do with my wristband for a 2-Day Admission ticket on the second day?
The wristband for a 2-Day Admission ticket is valid for both event days. Please continue wearing the wristband you received on the first day and do not remove or cut it before returning on the second day. If you remove or lose your wristband after the first day, you will not be permitted to enter on the second day. Reissuance or refunds will not be provided. If you wish to enter the venue, you will need to purchase a same-day ticket again.
Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage service available?
No cloakroom or luggage storage service is available. Please take care of your personal belongings at all times.
Can minors attend the event?
Yes, minors are welcome to attend. However, children of junior high school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic beverages will be available at the venue. However, in accordance with Japanese law, we cannot sell or serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 20. Age verification may be required when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Purchasing Limited-Edition Merchandise:
If you wish to purchase limited-edition merchandise that is subject to purchase restrictions, guests who are high school age or younger must present both a valid admission ticket for that day and an original government-issued photo ID for identity verification. Please refer to the Shopping section for more details.
Is admission free for children?
Admission to the 1F Main Area is free for guests who are high school age or younger. If it is difficult to confirm your age, you may be asked to provide proof of age at the reception, such as a student ID. If your age cannot be verified, paid admission will be required.
Please note that guests who are high school age or younger will also need a valid admission ticket for the applicable day and an original photo ID for identity verification when purchasing limited items with purchase restrictions. A ticket is not required if you are only purchasing food and drinks, and you may enter the venue free of charge.
Can I watch the Live Stage with my child?
Children aged 4 years old through high school must have both a valid admission ticket for the applicable day and a Live Stage ticket to access the Live Stage. For safety reasons, children 3 years old and younger are not permitted to enter the Live Stage venue (B1F Sumitomo Hall). Thank you for your understanding.
Can I enter the venue with a stroller?
Yes, strollers are allowed inside the venue. However, there is no dedicated stroller parking area, so please manage your stroller and belongings at your own responsibility. Please note that the venue is expected to be crowded, so take extra care to avoid contact with other guests during busy periods.
How do I get to the venue?
The event will be held at Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Sankaku Hiroba (2-6-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). The venue is directly connected to Toei Oedo Line Tochomae Station, a 4-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line Nishi-Shinjuku Station, and an 8-minute walk from Shinjuku Station (JR Lines and other lines).
Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food or drinks into the venue. However, this does not apply to guests with food allergies or infants’ meals. Please note that eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside B1F Sumitomo Hall (Live Stage).
Can I take photos or videos at the venue?
Photography and video recording are permitted in the 1F Main Area. However, please be considerate of other guests, as they may unintentionally appear in photos or videos. Depending on the situation, venue staff may ask you to stop recording. Please note that photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the Live Stage venue (B1F Sumitomo Hall).
Are pets allowed at the venue?
Pets are not permitted inside the venue, except for guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing assistance dogs.
Will the event be held in case of severe weather?
As the event will be held at an indoor venue, it is expected to proceed as scheduled in principle. However, the event may be canceled or the content may be changed due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
