Salomon's atmos exclusive colorway combines the spirit of wabi-sabi with modern functional beauty.
The XT-6, which first launched in 2013, is a popular series supported by top athletes in the ultra-distance racing world. This legendary footwear is now available in a special auspicious edition as an atmos Exclusive model, featuring Japanese carp and crane motifs that evoke the idea of "sublimation."

The sole is equipped with the ACS system, which provides stability and shock absorption, and the durability and descent control technology remain the same as before, but the accent colors on the side lines and sole have been taken a step further, with designs inspired by carp and crane, respectively, adding a touch of Japanese spirit to the XT-6.

The key visual was originally conceived by Arata Funayama, a designer and photographer based in Nagano, and expresses a traditional Japanese image.

To celebrate the launch of Salomon XT-6  “鯉” and “鶴”, atmos Kyoto store will have special instore decorations based on theme of this story and original fortune-telling slips from Friday, August 8, 2025.

Those masterpieces will be available from the same date at atmos Kyoto.
